How a bond clean works

  1. Before the cleanFind your price in the table. Tell us your moving out date and any extras. Send us your agent's checklist if you have one.
  2. On the dayWe come after you move out, so the home is empty. We bring all the products and equipment.
  3. After the cleanYour property manager does the final inspection. If they flag anything from our clean, send us the report.

Do you clean carpets?

Steam cleaning carpets is not part of our bond clean.

Do I need to be there?

No. You can leave the keys with us or meet us at the start.

Can you work to my agent's checklist?

Yes. Send us your agent's checklist or entry report.
